RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns must be authorized by Leaves of Grass Head and returned carriage paid. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt indicating the date of purchase of the goods. Returns that do not comply with these indications will not be accepted.
Any replacements will take place after receiving and checking the defective products. No advance replacements are made.

Guarantee

The guarantees offered by the manufacturer of the goods apply. Head grass leaves cannot be made responsible for damage to the goods. The warranty refers to manufacturing defects and does not apply to cases of tampering, neglect, breakage from trauma or incorrect maintenance.

WARNING

Upon delivery, the buyer must carefully examine the goods and if the shipment is damaged, please collect "WITH RESERVE" . Please promptly contact Head Grass Leaves within 5 days of receiving the goods .

In case of damaged shipment, the material will be replaced at our expense only if the shipment has been collected with "reserve".

It is also possible to choose not to have the products ordered delivered directly to your home, simply by choosing as the shipping method: Courier without deposit . In this case, the buyer will personally go to the nearest courier office to collect the package.

The goods are packed and outside there is no reference or indication of the content.
